The small print, up front

What is a founding place?
One of fifty. Signing up takes one and holds it for 30 days; start a paid plan in that time and you keep today's price for as long as you stay subscribed, whatever the price becomes later. If you do not, the place goes back for somebody else and standard pricing applies — we email you a week before that happens. The rate holds on whichever plan you are on, so moving up to Studio never costs you the price you were given. There are fifty and there will not be fifty-one.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop below the limit, Duely pauses the newest chases and tells you exactly which ones. The oldest keep running — they are the ones closest to being paid.
Is there a trial?
Fourteen days of the paid plan, no card up front. When it ends you drop to Free rather than being charged.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from Stripe. Your invoices, clients and history stay where they are.
Do you take a cut of what I invoice?
No, and there is no fee on top of the subscription. If you never connect Stripe, Duely only sends emails and your client pays you the way they always have. If you do connect it, the money goes straight into your own Stripe account and Duely adds nothing to it — Stripe's own processing fee is between you and them.

Let them pay from the reminder

Connect your own Stripe account and reminders can carry a pay button. Duely adds no fee of its own — your client pays Stripe's processing fee at your own Stripe rate, and the money goes directly into your account.

Optional, and off unless you turn it on. Reminders work exactly the same without it.
